    Fabulous

Rooms were clean kitchenette was as expected (stove/fridge/dishes/utensils). Pool was on the small side and shallow end was 4' deep so not suitable for younger kids really.

Restaurant attached to hotel was closed for renovations. Was told after we got there that it would be open in about a month (end of June).

    Superb

Even though the Inn was under renovations, it was clean and no real obstructions. Staff were very pleasant. Great room. Thank you

    Fabulous

We liked the location for our family reunion which was held at Peachland. We get together every 3 or 4 years. We Americans are not use to spending that much for hotel rooms but that is the way it is. People say that when you go to bc, it means bring cash. Thanks.

It was located on our way out of Kelowna and closer to the orchards.

    The location.

Breakfast was included. Free parking free use of computer

Staff was very unfriendly. Location was far from city center about $24 cab each way. Stains on the room carpet. Over charged us for the room. Downgraded us to room without fridge, when they said they "upgraded us." Wi-fi connection was very weak.

    Good

    Included breakfast, clean

We book hotels with pools for the kids. There were no towels and the whirlpool didn't work, so it was rather disappointing.

    Superb

It was family and pet friendly, easy to find and the room with kitchen was great.

I used Booked.net, left all the info such as 1 baby, 1 small dog. Booked 2 beds, however once I called the day of to confirm I was told it would only be 1 bed. I said I would need 2, the man said I should have said that on my booking...again I said I had then he confirmed "I was right". He was not very friendly and upon arrival I met him and he was for one stinky..and for 2 again blamed me for not booking correctly because he didn't know about the dog so they did not have a room available for me. I explained again that I put in on the booking info and he was very frustrated because all the pet rooms were taken. He then called around to many hotels looking for a place to put us. It was late, we had driven a long time. It would have been nice just to get into our room. Finally they allowed the dog.

    The rooms were spacious

The female at the front desk was very rude. Was not kind to customers and never even showed a smile on her face. She couldn't even point us to our room and left us wondering around trying to find it.

    Good

The pool was nice. The hotel was quiet.

The front desk service was poor. The breakfast was below average. The hot tub is nice but the jets only work minimally. It would be nice for the price to have a mini-fridge in the room.

    Superb

The hotel rooms were very sizeable, clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful

It was very noisy the hallways carry sound everywhere. There was a little dog in a room barking most of the first night. Seniors in the hallway early ...6:00 am chatting in the hallway and night staff chatting outside my window at 6:30 am. The gym did not open until 10 am since it is on the second floor above a hotel room...it needs to be open at 7:00 so you can have a workout then eat breakfast. So either you don't rent the room under the gym ...or move the gym.

    Exceptional

First off. When I checked in at the front desk, they were not able to find my second room. Steve, who was at the front desk, solved the problem by swiftly settling another room for us. All the time being friendly and smiling. As we were uncertain of places to have dinner, Steve recommended an Italian restaurant. Even with people who just came in to check in, he helped me locate this restaurant on his phone and marked it on the map for me; while maintaining calm and acknowledging the other guests. He is fabulous in customer service, friendly and professional. It was definitely a huge plus for me to decide on staying with Comfort Inn Kelowna!

    Very good

They didn't tell us to screw in the fuse in order for the fridge to work. There were no forks, knives or spoons in the kitchenette. And, although Kelowna is known as "wine country" there were no wine glasses or a cork screw. The staff was accomodating and after a little persuasion went next door to the restaurant and got us 2 wine glasses.
